Diversity & Inclusion Campaign

This campaign was an inside look at the bias often found among hiring managers. By valuing differences — whether race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, ability, military status, religion, generation, sexual orientation, or views — HP wanted to show that it could help drive a company's long-term success.
This inspired a permanent program that demonstrated the brand's global commitment to right the wrongs within HR.
